Winter in Israel is pretty short, and not very cold. but when we finally get winter - we try to get the best of it.

Ice skating

אצלנו בישראל אין הרבה שלג... למעשה, אין בכלל. פעם בכמה שנים אנחנו זוכים למעט שלג בירושלים, וגם הוא לא שורד הרבה.

Here in Israel we don't get much snow... in fact, almost non at all. every once in a couple of years we get a little snow in Jerusalem, but it doesn't last very long.

want to be like mom

כשהייתי קטנה תמיד אהבתי להראות "מפוארת". ללבוש בגדים של אמא, להתאפר ולהראות כמו מבוגרת.

When I was a little girl I always loved looking "fancy". wear my mom's clothes, put on massive amounts of make up and looking all grown up.

איך מתחילים? /how to start?

אתחיל בלהציג את עצמי - שמי מאי צ'ו, אני בת 23, סטודנטית לעיצוב גרפי ומאיירת. ברוכים הבאים לבלוג שלי!

I'll start by introducing myself - my name is May Chu, I am a 23 years old graphic design student and an illustrator. I welcome all of you to my blog!

אני מציירת מאז שאני זוכרת את עצמי, זוהי ההנאה הגדולה בחיים שלי והאהבה הגדולה שלי. לרוב אני מציירת מהראש, ובמגוון רחב של סגנונות שמשתנים לפי המצב רוח, ההקשר והצורך.

 I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, it's my greatest pleasure and love. I draw straight from my imagination, and my style Varies depends on my mood, the contexts and the need.

על אף שאני יוצרת חותמות דיגיטליות לפי החשק, אני בשמחה אקבל עצות ורעיונות, וגם ביקורת בונה לא מזיקה.

though I create from my own imagination, I would love to hear your Ideas and advices, and criticism never hurts, too.

אני גרה בישראל, לכן הבלוג ואולי גם כמה מהמוצרים יותאמו לשפה העברית ולתרבות היהודית, אם כי קשה לי להאמין שהמוצרים יהיו ברובם "יהודיים" מאחר ואני עצמי לא אדם מאמין במיוחד.

I live in the Israel, thus the blog and maybe some of the products, will be in Hebrew and/or Jewish related, though I highly doubt it'll be a big part of my stuff, since I'm not all that religions.
